My cats love it and you can hear them cracklimg and chewing away on it which i believe helps in getting the plague off their teeth.

Seems not bad
The cats love it but because the chews are relatively small (not *that* small) they sometimes end up swallowing them without chewing. Having said that, my cats are not used to kibbles because they are mainly on wet diet. One thing to note, most chews are seaweed-based (?) so might not be suitable for cats with hyperthyroidism.
