Whether for visiting the veterinarian or traveling - even a cat must be on a leash for their own safety in certain situations. The collar has a safe-release catch too.
Seems easy to put on and ypu can adjust the length, material is hardy too...but my senior cat doesn't like to wear collars etc and runs away when she sees me holding this! Will make another attempt! :)
