Effective to dry up affected area but use with care cos it contains tea tree oil abstract
I think my senior cat is deterred by the bitter taste when she tried to groom her fur. Not shown in the product details but the bottle label states it contains: 1) "Oleum Melaleucae" which refers to tea tree oil, an essential oil derived from the leaves of the Australian tea tree plant, Melaleuca alternifolia. It's known for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties and is used topically for various skin conditions. 2) "Terpenes" which refers to abstract. Essential oils are natural products with a complex composition. Terpenes are the most common class of chemical compounds present in essential oils. Terpenes and the essential oils containing them are widely used and investigated by their pharmacological properties and permeation-enhancing ability. Do not use with soap and detergents. Spray to affected area 1 to 3 times daily. Results in a matter of days. For external use only.
