Our cat had some gastro issue and stopped eating, and the ONLY food he would eat for months afterward was Royal Canin gravy products. Our only suggestion is if Royal Canin would indicate which meat is included in its "meat and animal derivatives" as listed on the ingredients as our cat has a chicken allergy.
