Personally went down to Clementi to order food for my kitten. Requested partial of my order be delivered cos too heavy to carry all back with me. At point of payment, time and date arranged.
However, on the day of delivery the staff told me it will be delivered 1 week later! There's errors of date and time of delivery when I called to confirm on actual date of delivery. A total chaotic mess of datesxand timings was given to me. Very badly coordination of the whole purchase. Needs to improve.
Aside, delivery mess I must praise an Uncle who was asked to showed me the cat tree puzzle. He provided good service to me!
